DAM Workout Schedule

There are many workouts from which to choose. We hold nine (9) 60-minute workouts per day, Monday through Friday. (During the winter months, we have only 8 workouts on Fridays. For this and other changes to the workout schedule, please check our calendar.)

On Saturday morning, we hold two "intensive" workouts. The 8:30 AM workout is 90 minutes long. Expect to be pushed a little bit harder on Saturday.

We also have two (2) three-hour lap swim sessions on weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
