Regular Workout Schedule Resumes

   Everything is back to normal. Trust me.

All Members: No Swimming After Jan 1...

   ...if you do NOT renew your USMS Membership. This is serious! Once you renew, USMS notifies DAM, and you can keep on swimming. If you don't, you cannot participate in any DAM practices or events until your USMS Membership is up-to-date!

   If you have renewed your USMS Membership - do not worry, just keep swimming!

   If you have NOT renewed your USMS Membership - CLICK HERE TO RENEW!

• USMS Membership is not included with your DAM dues. 
• This is not a money-making scheme DAM concocted to raise funds! 
• Your USMS Membership pays for insurance coverage that DAM (and every masters club) needs

   Everyone who swims with DAM must maintain current registration with USMS. The USMS provides liability insurance for DAM and its coaches, and DAM requires that all participants in our workouts, weekend lap swims, and competitions are registered.

   The USMS offers a "Standard USMS Membership" - this is what DAM requires. The "full access membership" is not required, but it will also satisfy DAM's requirement.

Head Coach's Message 

   Happy New Year to everyone! I hope you all had a great holiday. I’m happy to be back on deck and looking forward to a great start to the new year!

   A quick reminder for everyone - One of the ways we are able to keep the pools at a consistent and comfortable temperature in the winter is by covering them at night. The covers are heavy and take 3 or more people to get on and off. If you are able, please come a little early or stick around a little late to help out. Also, if you are swimming at the final hour of lap swim, it would be great if you could help out our lifeguards by covering the pool at the end of the session. Thank you for all your cooperation and help!

Start racking up those points with these events:

• Jan 1-31: USMS One Hour Virtual Championship (OHS). Sign up, show up, bring a counter as your plus one! Register your swim online. 2 points*
• Jan 1-31: TAM postal Jon Steiner Memorial Mile. Break out your 1650 time from the OHS. Easy-peasy! *
• Jan. 14: Santa Rosa Masters Resolution Meet. Resolve to be DAM FAST!
• Jan. 28: TOC 1500m Swim Meet. Entries have closed.

All events earn 1 point unless otherwise noted.
