Head Coach's Message

I wanted to give a big thank you to all the people who helped make our Lake Berryessa Open Water Swim a HUGE success! It was a beautiful day on the lake and you could tell by the smiles on everyone’s faces that we put on a great event. None of that would have been possible without the help of all of our volunteers! Thank you so much!

Adult Learn to Swim

Are you interested in sharing your love of swimming with adults who want to learn to swim? DAM is sponsoring an adult learn to swim class for adults with little or no swimming experience. Our class is full and now we are looking for DAM swimmers who would like to volunteer with these classes. You will be in the water working with 1-3 adults. Training will be provided. We are asking for this commitment:

Attend training session on Saturday, July 8.

Serve as an instructor for at least two of the scheduled lessons that will be held from 4:00-5:00 pm on Sundays, July 9, July 16, July 23, and July 30.

For more information or to sign on to help with the class, contact Kathy Gill at kmgill135@gmail.com

Berryessa 2023

Thanks to all the wonderful volunteers who helped us have a very successful open water swim. If you did not get your T-shirt at the lake, please pick it up at the Brady building starting tomorrow, 6/6.

Hey Parents: School's Out Pool Party!

DART Swimming invites swimmers ages 6-12 to join us at our first annual “School’s Out” pool party! It will be held at Community Pool on Friday, June 9 from 3:00-5:00 pm. We will have a full staff supervising and we'll offer games and fun. Lemonade and ice cream will be served. Cost is $15. Leave your kids with us – it’s for kids only! You can register at this link, or by opening the QR code in the flyer below.

As part of DART's Community Pool lease with the city, the team must offer some events to the public. This is one of those events. All kids ages 6-12, whether they are Darts or not, are invited to join in the fun. Swimmers must be water-safe (no floatation devices) and must be able to pass a swim test to swim in the deep pool.

Registration is first-come, first-serve, and is limited to 200 participants.
