DAM Hosted Events

Lake Berryessa:

DAM's Annual Lake Berryessa Swim is one of the longest running open water swim events in America. Started in 1981 as a friendly lake swim, this event now attracts over 500 swimmers each year to the shores of Lake Berryessa.

Brute Squad:

A grueling event to encapsulate any and all swimmers’ repertoires, the DAM Brute Squad features two main swims. The standard Brute is a 200 Butterfly, 400 IM, and 1650 Freestyle, while the Brute lite is a more palatable 100 Butterfly, 200 IM, and 500 Freestyle. Both swims will test your mettle and set you apart from all of your competitors. Become a Brute!

One Hour Swim:

DAM’s One Hour Swim is the perfect way to set up your year of swimming. Held from the beginning to the end of January, the One Hour Swim is a great way to discover baselines and test your endurance.

Summer Splash:

DAM’s Summer Splash is a swim meet held in the evening to beat the summer heat, and your competition. Have fun with family and friends and compete against other swimmers in this quick and fun summer event.

Adult Learn to Swim:

Each year, DAM offers a session of Adult Learn to Swim lessons at a minimal cost to participants. We believe that learning to swim is a valuable skill at any age, and we're proud to provide this opportunity to our community. If you or someone you know is interested in our ALTS program be on the lookout for information in the Spring.
