The Private Performance Package add-on provides the most comprehensive and hands-on experience. You’ll receive everything in the Video Analysis and Mobility Screen packages—stroke recording, joint review, video markup, voice-over feedback, and a full mobility assessment—plus dedicated in-water coaching time with both Coach Matt and Dr. Brian Cunningham. You will also receive a 30-minute follow up Zoom session with Dr. Cunningham and a 30-minute lesson (in person or Zoom) with Coach Matt.

During your private session, we’ll guide you through specific drills, mobility cues, and stroke corrections tailored to your body and swimming goals. You’ll not only learn what to change, but also how it should feel and how to apply it immediately.

This option is ideal for swimmers who want direct instruction, real-time adjustment, and the confidence that they are executing corrections properly before leaving the pool.

If you want maximum feedback, personalized coaching, and the fastest path to improvement, this is the most complete offering.

This package includes everything in the standard Video Analysis—stroke recording, joint review with Matt and Brian, video markup, and a voice-over breakdown with drills and next steps—plus a comprehensive mobility screen from Dr. Brian Cunningham.

The mobility screen is designed to identify your unique strengths, limitations, and movement patterns, giving context to why certain aspects of your stroke may be efficient or causing discomfort. With this information, you’ll receive technique and drill recommendations that match your body, rather than generic one-size-fits-all solutions.

Not every drill or stroke cue works for every swimmer. By understanding your mobility profile, you’ll know which technical changes will help you improve—and which to avoid—so you can swim faster, more efficiently, and with less pain.

This add-on is ideal for anyone looking for personalized, science-based correction tailored specifically to their body and goals.

Coach Matt Zachan and Dr. Brian Cunningham work together to connect stroke mechanics with how your body actually moves. Instead of piling on drills, we focus on fixing the movement patterns underneath your stroke so technique changes hold up under fatigue.

    This is not a lecture.

This is not a “try harder” session.

This is about making swimming feel easier, more controlled, and more sustainable.

    What You’ll Learn

    • Why shoulder and back pain often show up even when technique looks fine
    • How rotation, timing, and body position affect every stroke
    • Which drills help your stroke and which ones quietly overload your body
    • How to self-check your mechanics before pain or fatigue sets in

    Clinic Format (2 Hours)

    • Short movement prep on land to address common breakdowns
    • In-water work focused on freestyle first, then transfer to other strokes
    • Clear cues you can feel immediately
    • Simple takeaways you can use in regular workouts

    Who Should Attend

    • Masters swimmers who want to stay in the water long-term
    • Swimmers dealing with recurring shoulder or back issues
    • Athletes who want clarity instead of more drills
    • You do not need to be an elite swimmer. You do need to be curious about how your body moves.

    What’s Included

    • Full 2-hour clinic
    • Access to OnForm with clinic drills and examples
    • Clear follow-up options if you want individualized feedback

    High-Value Add-Ons

After you register for the clinic, you'll receive an email with access codes to sign up for our exclusive add-on options:

The Video Analysis add-on gives you personalized, expert feedback from both Coach Matt and Dr. Brian Cunningham. We will record you swimming one stroke, then review the footage together—identifying what you’re doing well, where inefficiencies or stress points may occur, and how those impact speed and injury risk.

During the session, we’ll mark up the video and explain key corrections in real time. Afterward, you’ll receive the full recording with a voice-over breakdown from Matt and Brian, including specific drills, mobility suggestions, and next steps to help you implement changes immediately.

This analysis is designed to give you clear, actionable recommendations—not just information—so you leave knowing exactly how to improve your technique and why it matters.
