  1. 48 Coach-led workouts per week
  2. 6 hours of exclusive weekend lap swim for DAM swimmers
  3. Workouts consist of a daily rotation of: Kicking/Pulling, IM, Sprint, and Distance

  5. Cost: included with membership

TECHNIQUE CLINICS

  1. Group lessons designed to improve swimming technique
  2. Clinic Focus: Targeted skill development determined by the coaching staff (varies with each clinic)
  3. Cost: Pay per clinic (pricing varies)

PRIVATE LESSONS

  1. One-on-one coaching with one of our expert coaches (depends on availability)
  2. Customizable lessons tailored to meet your specific goals and focus areas
  3. Flexible duration based on your preferences and coach's recommendation
  4. Cost: Pay per lesson (pricing varies)
